Version 4.3.0

Version Notes

The two key changes in this release are the custom MOC mappings and the switchover to the new XML feed. The old facet UI in the admin screen has been retired.

Major Modifications

Support for new XML format
Microsites are now importing jobs using a new XML format that enables microsites to import all jobs syndicated by DirectEmployers. This makes member, partner and free indexing jobs available on microsites.

WildCard Redirects
Redirects have been added to handle the old canonical URLs from the .jobs Universe and invalid subdomains. This ensures that both old urls and invalid subdomains will be directed to a live and working page on our system. For example, in.usa.jobs will redirect to indiana.jobs and fake.jobs.jobs will redirect to jobs.jobs.

Single Facet Builder Administration
The old custom facets administration interface has been retired. There is now a single administration screen for facets.

Minor Modifications
Search Autocomplete Improvements
Improvements have been made to the autocomplete lists on the search fields that make them more user friendly. This includes search phrase highlighting and phrase matching for MOS search. A phrase is anything contained in quotes. This allows for more granular searching of rating and job classifications.

Major Bug Fixes

Conflicting Facet Modules
Fixed an error that caused lost data when saving custom facets.

Missing header on 404 and 500 error pages
The page heading was missing on 404 and 500 error pages. This has been fixed.
